Wooden pegs
Since the company was founded in 2005, we have continued the more than 100-year-old family tradition of manufacturing wooden pegs.
The wooden polishing pegs are specially selected and cut for optimum performance in dry spinning. They are used for smoothing surfaces and polishing.
Wooden polishing pegs
Wooden pegs of different shapes and sizes are used for polishing plastic products in the drum polishing process. In the polishing process, a polishing agent is first applied to the wooden pegs, then the pegs are put into polishing drums and the object to be polished is added.
The size and shape of the pegs are determined by the shape, size and material of the polished product as well as the processing stage.
We mainly use beech wood to produce the pegs, a native tree in our area. On request, we can also make pegs from other wood types.
Production
of wooden pegs
The technology used to make wooden pegs has not changed significantly over the years, but in the last few years we have significantly modernised our technological equipment. We have replaced most of the old machines with new, purpose-built CNC machines. This allows us to increase production flexibility, improve product quality and adapt more quickly to customer demands.
